I don't see the 5 articles... why is that?
From the looks of it, it's more like you're trying to sell a domain name rather than a website. There's more spammy links on that thing then content.
You also talk about the potential of traffic growth in 2012, well in reality, once 2012 does come there will be a hell of alot more people creating better website with the words "2012" and "marathon" in it.
Since your website isn't an established one, and since most of your traffic is coming from search engines (where there is a big risk that you could potentially lose all that traffic in 1-2 months time), I would see this as risky investment.
Like, considering there's no content or reliable source of income, why should I pay anymore more than $10 for the domain registration it cost you to register that domain? I'm not saying what you're selling is worth is $10, I'm just saying it's not worth $200 (which is about 7 months revenue) which is too much for a non-established website. If you drop the price of your 1 page "website" maybe you will receive more realistic offers.

 

Funny, most people would give their left leg for good search engine traffic. I'd take that over direct links any day, considering that direct links could be only temporary and removed after the site sells. Never heard of someone not wanting good search engine traffic.
