$35 Logo Contest

I would like a logo for the osteoporosis site in my sig.

The sites aim is to offer accurate, scientific based information about the 'bone thinning' condition. I view it as an educational resource.

Therefore I would like the logo to be elegant and sophisticated.

The colours are upto you; don't go off the colours of the site at the moment, as I am planning a total redesign of the site; it will probably have a white background.

Hi all, thanks for entering, you have some nice ideas going on. Here are are few of my initial thoughts.

Rana - No flash please

KKibak - I feel its a little cartoony - but I like the idea that the Doctor is looking at bones; also I think the wording stretches out to far; I think I would prefer a more compact logo, maybe half the length.

Bikerjeg - I think the font is nice but I feel the relationship between the stethoscope and a bone thinning condition is not right for the site.

Zoid-freak - I hadn't really considered an image like this; that said I think it looks very professional, but more like what a doctors surgery website may use.

I would like the logo to protray friendliness; Also I think that I prefer the logo 'osteoporosis Advice' to 'Osteoporosis Treatment' as that is the direction that I want to take the site in. Also I don't require the url in the logo.

Hi Animator 21, well it made me smile. I don't really see that as the style I want to portray. I really don't like fonts that you are using; I'm after something much crisper.

Zoid, I'll probably keep the comp going over the weekend. , but if I see something that really grabs me then I'll probably try to work closely with the poster(s); so that I don't waste peoples time.

 

Just a two second font design, I think It would look better with a bone or a spine in it.

Sorry Zoid, but i don't think you've really come near to what I'm looking for.

SNiiP3R, yes this style is pretty much what I'm looking for, it looks sophisticated, i really like the colour of blue that you have used, and the use of the xray is a great way of protraying the condition.

At the moment I see SNiiP3R's top design as the leader of the competition.

ATF - Yes I really like the idea behind this design too. i'm not sure about the font; would it be possible to look with the text just one colour and to the side?
