Hello, Looking to redesign our site logo. Here's our current logo design: We're looking for a fresh concept and are very open design. I've listed general design guidelines below, but you do not necessarily have to adhere to them since we are examining all possible ideas from very literal capturing of our site content (planted aquariums) to a minimalist logo (see examples). Desired Design Guidelines - Incorporates combination of fish, planted aquariums and the world (you can focus the plant aquarium element only, if you think it makes a better design). - Plant/Leaf elements - "Modern" and professional, smooth looking fonts - Looking to brand the icon/logo, so should be creative - Have the letters "A S W" in the logo and the site title - Our tagline is "Making Magic In Glass Boxes" if anyone wants to include it in their design. - Transparent background - PSD Vector format preferred (for printing purposes) $35 to selected winner. 72hrs to submit and refine entries. Looking forward to seeing what you can develop.
@ WebbedNinja - No thanks. The letters are mis-arranged, and does not incorporate any of my requested elements. @ Shinan, Jhaye, Mousecat and Qu3rrty - PMs replied. @Ogerber - This is a good attempt at a minimalist style, but would like to see greater leaf design. Also, suggest taking the green leaf/bubble thing and placing it on the left. and then coloring up a new "S". Maybe some other additional renditions of text filled in would be good to see as well. @ Kain - This is a very good "hobbyist" looking design. I enjoy the text colors and bold lettering. For the fish/world graphic, I suggest removing the outer blue enclosure and finding a better place for the "ASW" letters (maybe at the base?). Alternatively, I would like to see the fish, blue enclosure, and lettering removed all together, and place the world/plant design behind and blended with "Aqua" or something there of. There have been numerous good designs. Kain has capture what I would call "hobbyist" style logo, and Ogerber10 has captured a more professional and abstract look. These are on my short list. I would like to see designs leaning towards the more professional side though.
