$35 Logo Contest - Ends Wednesday at Noon

I need a logo designed for ComicProtest dot com ... The site has not been built yet so I do not have any specifications on color or look. The site is going to be a sounding board to complain about comic books and the violence they portray (all part of the lobster girl marketing ).

Payment will be made via paypal.com but if that is not acceptable let me know and I will see what I can do. Contest ends Wednesday at noon.

Again logo is for comicprotest dot com

 

Some things that could be incorporated into the logo could be a stop sign or the circle with the line going through it ... just some ideas

 

Thank you for the entry Kia Ora. The word STOP could also probably look good on a picket sign. It looks very nice!

FIRST OFF LET ME APOLOGIZE FOR SUGGESTING THE O'S BE STOP SIGNS OR THE CIRCLE WITH THE LINE THROUGH IT. AFTER REVIEWING I DON'T LIKE THE WAY IT LOOKS. GUESS I WAS TRYING TO BE TOO CLEVER FOR MY OWN GOOD

weblazer - Nice design but I do not think it is bold enough. If you were to change the O's to regular O's and then add some sort of graphic it would look great.

Ross860 - Thank you for the designs but they don't exactly fit the comic book theme of the site.

Aries - Great logo. Could you change the O in comic to a regular O? I like the .com being in the speech bubble though. Also could you add a graphic to the logo to spice it up a bit? Maybe a stop sign somewhere?

loko - nice design but I am not crazy about the font. Can I see something else?

Adaman - I like the boldness of the wording but I do not like the graphic over the text. Could you try something else?

krates - the first design is the best but I am not sure that it currently fits what I have in mind for the site. If you could tone that down and then add some sort of image or graphic we could have something.

Sorry loko ... I meant the font of the "ComicProtest" portion. The colors are great.

 

Ok tomorrow I will come back with the different font.
You need .com on the logo or not?
