35$ logo and favicon needed

I think my previous contest became a bit too complicated for all. So, have decided to split it up.

1. I want just a logo/header this time.

2. Site name and tagline in sig. It is about my country India. Feel free to suggest a better tagline in the design.

3. I want to give a feel of our nation in the design. Something that would make an Indian feel like home and would enjoy, should be full of colors and fun, go crazy in your design .

4. Please use your imagination completely

5. Logo must be 100% transparent and scalable vector.

6. Try making a fluid design so that it would be able to stretch across browsers width (if that makes sense) and keep the height of the graphic 90px, width doesn't matter as it would be fluid.

can you give us more spesification about the pixel that you need??

well..am not sure what you mean by *more spec abt pixel*.

Try keeping the height of logo/header 90px with width as much as you want AND make a gradient for the background of say 15px X 90px that I would set on repeat-x. This would do it.

For an example, visit my tech forum (URL in sig) and notice how the header is done. Its simple.

Nice try BUT its too simple you see. As mentioned earlier, I need FUN and a MODERN design. Something that would catch eyes at once. Use some pictures too.

It surely looks good. But guys i need something that would give a more professional look with images and all. Why not put some Indian youth pictures in the header

I need an entry like simplyg123. He understood what I want. A perfect header with images, Though I would like to change how Indiatalks is written as it looks a bit cartoony.

And please use some more modern images, the images you used look too old for a modern forum. Use the Indian youth pictures. My site is not about Indian culture or history.

Just use my above guideline. I need a HEADER WITH IMAGES. Maybe I should not have used the word LOGO in thread title.

So, please try incorporating your second design in a header with some cool india images.

Can anybody tell me how do I make these headers to fit browser ????

If a header is 800px wide, how will it fit on a 1024 screen ?

@chelsea: Its not very well finished. Even I saw that flag image searching on google but it was small enough that is making it look blurred on stretch.
