Hi all you creative types.. Im looking for an html/css redesign for a real estate listing page. Something clean, web 2.0 looking, easy to load, cross browser compatible and SIMPLE. Not looking for a template re-design, just the guts of the listings page.. The current page, which is dynamic can be found at: http://www.propertyauction.com/Residential-Real-Estate-Auctions-in-ALABAMA.cfm There are many more if you click on commercial or residential auctions from the nav. We are adding search by CITY and DATE and want to redo the way we show listings.. A. by adding a city and date filter B. by changing the display of the listings The new page ( working for city and date search ) is located at: http://www.propertyauction.com/DMResidential-Real-Estate-Auctions-in-ALABAMA.cfm So we are looking for an HTML design using CSS that is compatible with our current CSS.. We are not looking to update our page template at this time, we are looking just to make our listings look much better using CSS and HTML. The design should have - city and date filter on the left (note that when you click on a specific city or date we change the style and show SHOW ALL CITIES) - a header somewhere so the user see information like: 25 Residential Real Estate Auctions in ALABAMA - A grid of listings on the right. The grid width should be able to contract/expand in the future if we want to add skyscraper banners on the right most part, but for now we will not be doing that. Note There can be as many as 10 listings per page. With a page navigation on the bottom. As you can see the styles were removed from the listings on the new page: http://www.propertyauction.com/DMResidential-Real-Estate-Auctions-in-ALABAMA.cfm Each specific listing consists of a - Image ( some do not have an image so we are using a placeholder) - link for "send to a friend" - link for "auction info" - link for - Auction Title - Auction Address - Description (limited to 1024 characters ) - Company Logo ( some do not have a logo, in this case we do not show a place holder ) - Company Name - Contact Name - Contact Phone - Auction Date - Auction Time Public Questions are welcome.. Final product that you will deliver before payment will be an HTML file and a CSS file The CSS file must be compatible with our existing CSS (http://www.propertyauction.com/css/pastyle07.css) meaning do not have conflicting style names etc.. no one is interested.. i guess contests are more for logos and banners? or maybe the prize is to low?
