    Could you modify this a bit so it pulls new article entries from various blogs (where allowed by the blog's authors.

    Articles can be pulled in via RSS feeds, if external source allows that.
    I purchased a huge archive and used it to convert the articles to Joomla separate packages by category.

    Copied articles may be a good point to start with rather than a blank website. Site can be developed further into a blog or whatever so it becomes more profitable, startup content will drive traffic if combined with wise promotion..

    Quick update: I made a few small layout fixes for the IE6,
    thanks to Michale for alerting me since I'm on IE7 myself.
    All current buyers updated, thanks!

    AdSense stats (today) www.allseo.org:
    Page impressions: 518 Clicks: 5 Page CTR: 0.97% Page eCPM: $5.37 Earnings: $2.78

    So Google seems to be fine with the content so far.

    The answer is yes. But that doesn't mean that it's no use. Supplemental index is simply index that is not indexed in the main index and therefore is unlikely to rank high. Fresh content will be index and ranked (if optimised) and then your traffic will be able to go to your copied pages - they can still earn for you.
