    The phrase "Remortgage Lenders" is valuable phraseology in the real-estate world. It more specifically applies to the "Lending" aspect of the real-estate crunch.

    Why is this important?

    Recently, there has been a push for mortgage brokers with a 'willingness to lend'. Marketing with this phrase announces that there is a lot of business yet to be done by willing "Remortgage Lenders".

    It's likely to be a higher paying keyword, however, google is showing you prices that include the search network (ads that run only on google) and not the content network (publisher adsense ads). No one but google is going to get anything close to $34 a click. Many large advertiser don't even run ads on content, and those that do, bid far less than what they do for google search.

Note the following about Google's market share: "According to comScore.com, Google was again the market leader in search, delivering 4.8 billion search queries in October, about 8% higher than the search engine's traffic this time last year." In fact, their current 'market share is around 63.1% of all search volume. [ see full market share details ]

    My point is that Google search network account for a large part of daily website viewership and market advertisers and this domain phrase is still perceived as 'valuable' in the eyes of many, especially mines.
