33% of my Total Hits, but No Page Recorded. What's Going On?

From my Awstats 'Referring Sites' data I see that some other blog has suddenly got 33% of all my total recorded Hits for October, and yet that blog has no Page logged in my stats. So it's lots of hits, but no other evidence of any other sort of visit.

Normally, the number of Hits recorded for a normal blog URL is the same as the number of Pages recorded.

What does this mean? Is it good or bad for me, or doesn't it matter?

This blog is a new blog that looks very professional and is in the same topic niche as me - Setting Up a Blog etc.

Anyone know what is going on and what this guy is up to? - Yes, I know it's a guy. :)

I solved this problem: this guy has been hot-linking to my images. This means he is stealing my bandwidth without recording any 'visitor' stats for me. I don't think that stealing bandwidth impacts on me, but on my host, but I've blocked him anyway in Hostgator's cpanel.

I'm not sure why he would do this because he uses the same host as me.

I do mind that he has spun a whole lot of my articles and then posted them on his site. They are not close enough to claim actual copyright violation, but it's very annoying....and unfair.
