my question is, site is not promoted according to search engine friendly but also are in top position in google.co.in, google.com

 

I think simple rule is "If you create a great sites traffic will follow automatically, if you create average site you have to do SEO".
If you are a highly talented and intelligent guy you will pass exams with lesser effort. But if you are a average guy you have to work hard to pass exams.
