thanx for the list ..i will use them for my new site as m very new to SEO world....but later i want to learn some more great techniques like white hat and black hat techniques....

 

These are an example of a whitehat SEO. You don't need to learn and follow blackhat SEO. If you want your site to live longer,then just follow the whitehat SEO. Whitehat simply means good(legal) SEO techniques and Blackhat is the opposite. Don't ever try the Blackhat SEO.

 

Title tag should contain keyword phrases. where is that tip?
