    Just gathered some fresh do-follow links with less than 30 comments (only 2 have a little more - but still under 40 - because they have PR 6)

    the list is like this :

    PR 0 - 2
    PR 1 - 5
    PR 2 - 6
    PR 3 - 0
    PR 4 - 8
    PR 5 - 5
    PR 6 - 4
    PR 7 - 2

    This is a very high quality list and i know you will be very satisfied
