31 Directories - Earned over $6,000 in 4 months. Must sell because Im leaving.

Decided to sell my network of 31 directories. Main reason is Im leaving for 6 months on a deployment in a week and 1/2 and Im trying to lighten my load on sites I need to manage while I am gone since its difficult.

The network is comprised off of one main site and 30 other directories which kind of act as slaves to the main directory.

Currently the main site is a PR4 and all other directories are PR3. Which I gaurantee the main site will go up next update.

The main site is where I do all the promotion to and is promoted quite nicely. Including a $1200 bid at bigweblinks.com which its had a homepage listing for about 2 months.

As you can see the network is still growing. Most sites you see are selling on a down slope but this has yet to peek.

Income:
March: $2,100
April: $2,100
May: $900 (offline for 2 weeks, Was gone for 3 weeks and site was down)
June: $1,200

The site has only been promoted 3 times here at DP this year. So there are tons of other places to announce this network and make income from.

Proof of traffic and earnings will be provided to bidders only. The stats I gave are accurate. Traffic stats will only be given for the main site also.

New owner will have to sign a contract which will basically say none of the links will be removed.

There is a few ideas where I can give to make this network even better. One would be there is 15 templates free to use for esyndicat and you can vary up the templates. The other is moving the hosting to ww.seohosting.com where you can put each site on a unique class C IP for a really good price. That alone would bring in more customers.

The site takes little maintenance and the transfer of sites to the other 30 directories is done with a script. Just need to run it once a day or whenever you get new listings.
