Selling 30K+ Unique visitors, Adsense: 110+ euros per month ( 140$+ )

I'm selling website articles411.com. This is the website I bought last year: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=2307456

Since then, couple of improvements has been made. In short terms, current website status is:

Monthly visitors: 35k+
Countries: India, USA, UK
Monthly revenue( Adsense): 110+ euros. This is average of last 5 payments. First payment was 95 euros, last( April 2012) 151 euros.
Members: around 20K. More that 5K are active every week.
Content: around 500-700 new articles every day.
Time required to maintain website: 30 - 60 minutes per day. Only the very, very basic usage of the computer is required. You only need to review articles before they are published to website.
Reason for selling: My new job position requires my not to have a websites of my own.
Expenses: Domain cost around 10$ a year. My current hosting plan cost around 30$ a month but you can find hosting for much less money.
What is included: Domain, Subrion CMS software, whole database and everything else that is part of the website.

Feel free to ask if you have any further questions. Please read previously mentioned thread for more details. Everything is the same as stated there except for visitors and revenue.

Important note:
- I'm very sorry but I can't accept PayPal because it doesn't work in my country( Serbia). I will accept any other way of payment(as long it works in Serbia).

Moneybookers( Skrill) is OK for me. When I was buying this same website I was using Western Union transfer. Of course I'm open to any other payment method that works in my country.
