Over the last 4 years, I've compiled a list of emails(in a text file) and the number is now well over 30K! These emails are from individuals visiting my site and/or sites in my niche. How can I use them(legally) to my benefit?
I have over i think its 1mil? maybe 100m. i have a contract with a email marketing company.. i suppose, i could resell them..
It depends on your privacy that you have published on your site. You do have a privacy policy don't you?
Are e-mails broken down by niches in any way or is it just a long, long list without any kind of structure behind it. You could sell it for so much more if you have it organized.
Seriously, if you have to ask, you should delete the list. You can only use an address for what the user gave you the address for, everything else is spam.
I'm interested, please PM me with the amount of e-mail addresses you have and how much you want for them.
How can you people even think about using these addresses for spam? I can't believe what I have to read here.
If the list is 4 years old, many of those emails probably either don't work or are never checked by their owners. Besides, spammers are ass holes.
Yah, I was copy/paste email from many forum, I also download maillist from many website. Check my image: http://img209.imageshack.us/img209/1233/maillistta1.gif include all most email type: @aol @hotmail @msn @gmail @yahoo ... (about 249MB)
If you still have it , you can email other people advertisement and charge from them. But remember to give a unsubscribe link for those users does not want to receive email.
