301 redirects and passing PR

    I've just noticed that one of mysites uses 301 redirects when providing links.
    Will these links pass PR ?

    If not, I need to workout how to change the linking mechanism.

    301 will pass PR and backlinks

    its 302's that cause all the rukuss ;)

    good, glad to hear that.
    I still prefer good old fashined links, but so long as 301's pas BL & PR I can live with it 'til I get time to change the code.

    Thats my understanding - I'd wait to have that confirmed by a few others before counting it as 100% solid ;)
