301 Redirect

    Why should I want to 301 redirect an aged domain? :confused:

    If there are links pointing to an aged domain, then by 301 redirecting it to another site, a portion of the link juice from the links to the aged domain will pass on to the new site, thus giving it a potential boost in rankings. It does not work every time, and how effective it is depends on the amount and quality of links pointing to the aged domain.
