301 redirect Please someone help (iam a New at all of this)

    hi

    i just bought two domains here that is from godadddy. i am hosting my website at ipage. when i pointed to my hosting at ipage, my backlinks went from 130 to 2 backlinks. and my other domain i bought went from 330 backlinks to 0. they both kept there page rank so i am safe there. i did some research about the 301 redirect, but cannot figure it out. i called ipage they said they cannot help me with that, because it will cost me $75 an/hour for coding. am i doing something wrong. here is my website, can someone shoe me how to do it, or retype it for me here.

    Redirect 301 /old /http://www.bdbddy.com/ http://bdbddy.com/new.htm
    Redirect 301 /old /http://www.hqueueapp.com/ http://hqueueapp.com/new.htm

    i am going from www. to none www.

    Setup a blank HTACCESS file and dump this code in their with the respective site names. Should work just fine.
