301 Redirect - Please help

    hello friends,

    i have two websites and i want to use 301 redirect.

    Like ->

    http: //www. domain1.com/test1.htm

    301 redirect to

    http: //www. domain2.com/test2.htm

    Can i do like this? if yes then please help me out.

    You can ask you web hosting service provider to implement it for you or else you could do it by make necessary amendments to the htaccess file.

    301's really can only be done on server side pages, so .html is out of the question.

    It's a case of modifying the .htaccess, but I think you can only do domain side redirects with .htaccess
