301 Redirect on Yahoo Hosting

    Can anyone help me redirect my NON-www url to my www.URL? I can't for the life of me figure this out and yahoo small business hosting seems to be kind of picky (can't use the htaccess method?). Somebody please help!!

    Meta refresh is recognized as a 301 if there isn't a delay.
