301 Redirect of Directory issue

Hi everyone, I'm having an issue trying to redirect one directory to another.

I'm trying to send

www.blahblah.com/this/those/these to

www.blahblahblah.com/them/

I'm using:

Redirect 301 /this/ www.blahblahblah.com/them/

but the url I end up with is www.blahblahblah.com/them/those/these

I hope people understand what I'm saying here...but, how do I get around this?? I want every directory below /this/ to redirect to www.blahblahblah.com/them/
