301 redirect isn't working

Redirect 301 /?page=biography http://www.murraysworld.com/biography/

Please can someone tell me why is this not working? Right now all it does is show the home page.

 

Can someone please help? I need a 301 redirect for my .htaccess file so that,

http://www.murraysworld.com/?page=biography

Directs to

http://www.murraysworld.com/biography/

The one I have at the moment doesn't work.

Thanks but that didn't work, just takes me to the home page.
