My site has a custom affiliate program setup where http://mysite.com/abc.html 301 redirects to http://mysite.com/ , where abc.html is the affiliate's special URL. The problem is, I know I have hundreds of links from affiliates, but I don't see ANY of them in Google Webmaster Tools. I've confirmed in the "Fetch as Googlebot" tool that Google does in fact see an affiliates URL as a 301 redirect. However, should this be cause for concern that Google isn't seeing these links because they aren't in Google Webmaster Tools? Is there anything I can do to confirm they are or aren't being picked up by Google?
