301 Redirect Effect

For those who use GameScript 3.1 will probably already know that sometimes games don't play if "www." is in the beginning.

I was probably the only one who thought of simply doing a 301 redirect to the domain.com version, but I forgot about my SERP's.

Anyway, Google is indexing the new website, in the meantime I thought I got put back in the sandbox, because I didn't even come up for "Sixty6 Arcade" even after I got a ton of links. Now I'm coming up in the 30th position for my own name

Anyway, what I wanted to know was, is this a temporary effect AND am I placed in the Google SandBox? Also, will existing links to www.sixty6arcade.com be counted towards sixty6arcade.com or no?
