I would like to redirect domain1.com to domain2.com.

WIll google punish or delist my domain1.com? I might be using it later, so I dont want google to delist it.

    thanks very much.

Eventually it will be de-listed, this is what happened to my site (although I wasn't bothered) when I re-directed one site to another it will slowly drop out. You can just create links within each page of domain1 to domain2 and that will keep your current domain from dropping out altogether.

If you use it again later then you'll have to remove the 301 redirects anyway, so then all the links you have pointing to domain1 will mean it gets listed again even if it was originally delisted

Yeah - it will eventually de-list. After about 6 months, I think.
