301 redirect and Quality score

I have done a search but can’t find the answer.

I have moved a page on my website and have setup a 301 redirect but have just noticed that my destination URL in my ad has the old address on it.

Will the 301 from the old page to the new page affect my quality score and price per click??

Until today I thought google just follows the redirects and calculates the scoring for the final target(won't accept frame redirects!) but someone told me google isn't accepting redirects at all and it's stated in their TOS

redirects are fine, it will find the new page and will not effect your QS in any way...

We do this all the time, especially for tracking purposes where the first stop is to collect click data then the person is redirected to the real landing page

Dont believe everything you hear... its not true, redirecting is still allowed as long as you follow the rules
