   How can I get EVERYTHING that will point at the root to go to /forums?
   
   ie if somebody goes to http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/contact.php I want it to forward to just http://www.skybluestalk.co.uk/forums

   That was just an example, I want it to pick up everything in the root so all of the old links also
