I think you should increase the number of ad units on the home page, if that is possible.

Also, I suggest you try different ad units and place them in different placements. Your CTR looks low, so try to increase it.

 

You really need to work on your adsense placements! Get that 250x250 on the left hand side!

 

I only see 1 ad on each page, try different ad placements and more of them.

 

there is 1 ad in the sidebar on every page. the ecpm is garbage, im just going to take the ad soon not worth it for a couple pennies (am i revealing too much already)

theres an ad on top and bottom of each article

i get 30k impressions
