3000 Uniques site should use which advertiser?

My site www.JuzVideo.com having 3000 uniques daily base on eXTreme tracker .

but adsense dont approve me base on copyright issue, though i just trying to be like youtube & CrunchyRoll by allowing people upload videos and delete video upon request of copyright representative.

I use before adbrite but i dont like the highlighting of my text , make it so sucks.

I also try before bidvertiser but the payout is really low.

My traffic 30% is from US , rest is from singapore ,phillipines & other country.

Any suggestion?
