Let me tell you what I saw on your site: Excessive SEO like optimization. Keyword title stuffing. Huge unnecessary graphic at top of the page. Light green color does not work on light color bachgrounds such as white. You unnecessary complicate things. You are trying so hard to trick your visitors to click the ads by mistake (see inserting google ads between the typing field and the check boxes. You are extremely low on content. You are extremely lucky to make a few cents from 10.000 page views. You are going to waste a lot of time waiting to make some money with that site. Conclusion: Switch to a content rich oriented web site and start making real money with adsense.

Add content, there's hardly any and to even see the content I had to scroll down. You could be seriously utilising that traffic by adding useful content and forget the adsense, why don't you stick CPA offers on instead?
It's a step forward. My sugestion: remove the light green color form your ads; if you want green, choose a darker one. Maybe use the same for the title of your AdSense ads. The color that you have chosen does not complement the colors on your web site. But it's good to see you are learning. Good boy!

in the meta keywords tag then add more text to best describe what your site is about; use the keywords and keep the descriptions as short as possible. Small sentences instead of very long phrases. You could experiment with your keywords a little but note that the ads change from country to country and maybe from an ip to another; so to some people the ads will be more relevant to others not; is there anything else I could help you with?
good content and adsplacement should come with website visitors. that is the key to earn from adsense. try experimenting on your website..
