3000 Link Contributors for Hire

I am the president of a non-profit organization located here in the Philippines namely Infinite Community Technologies Center.

Its goal is to provide the cheapest internet access available in the town which I made US$20.00 annual membership fee with a discounted US$0.10 per hour.

Now, I am planning to transfer the operation from its previous location to my home town.

I have 1000 members from the previous location which is I never renew their membership since I have the plan to move in another place of operation which I previously transfer to my home town.

In my new location, I can accept 3000 to 6000 members. But currently I have only 50 Computers, I should have 300-500 computers to serve this numbers.
