It is time to call in inspector clusoeu and the pink panther... Hmmm.

Heck.. If I had a site that was making 3k per month I would just let it sit on its ass and keep cashing in the checks... why sell a recurring revenue maker..

I think it's fair to let all the webmasters know that this site is banned from google.

It may not be an important factor for some webmasters during their decision. But it's an important factor for me before purchasing a site.

P.S. purpose of this post is not to hijack this topic nor to prevent edpudol from selling this site.

How do you know it is banned? And how does a banned site earn what he says it earns? Where does the traffic come from?

I was interested in the offer, asked the URL, and did a quick research.

I am in no way claiming that edpudol is not telling the truth about the income. A website may have many other advertising venues to make a big income.

But as a webmaster who was interested in this offer, I'd prefer to see this information (google banned) up front, so I didn't have to spend time on it.

I have kindly asked edpudol to post this information after I found out, and probably he didn't have time to do it. So I have posted it.

Good luck with the sales edpudol.

"A website may have many other advertising venues to make a big income."

Well, to make what he says he make he must be spending thousands on advertising, shouldn't that be posted also?

The site does have alot of pages and good rankings in MSN for these pages, although the keywords are not ultracompeitive they probably pay quite a bit from adsense.

so that means the site is not indexed in google and still has 3k income from adsense. What if the site gets back in google ? 10k a month ? Is that where the 94k number came from ?

If the site ranked well in Yahoo it could easily make that kind of money without help from Google.

That's why you have a good long look at the business' book keeping prior to contemplating trowing in an offer.

Even logging in to AdSense won't tell you enough. Full audits is what you'll need to make an informed judgement on buying a business that earns $15K a month.

Without it, it's a gamble IMO. We're not talking a website here.

    I will second this.

It's my personal decision not to purchase a site which is banned from Google. But every webmaster/business has their own purchasing decisions.

fascinating, so it got dropped back in feb/mar yet it's still pulling iro 5k /month (based on 3k to date this month).
I'm going to make an assumption that you wouldn't be able to use adwords on a G banned site. So where is the traffic coming from. 5k per month still requires a lot of traffic, it must be one hell of a site if it's pulling the required traffic from Y/M.

Spam blast doesn't bring targeted traffic that will click on your adsense banners. If it did, everyone would be doing it.
