    Yes the videos are on the server and the videos are not licensed in the US.

    No there is no admin panel to manage things, only the segpay admin panel that you can use to make different membership packages and prices etc.

    Selling acces to unlicensed movies with a disclaimer is legit! There are 100's of sites like mine.

    You withdraw your offer? Your offer was a 300$ bid while the starting price is 800$ usd. So I havent really seen your bid as an offer...
