For sale is for a high-quality, unique build feature article and news site targeting heart health and heart related conditions. The site was established in March 2009 and has been averaging around 200-300 unique visitors a month since then with very little marketing. The site has not been monetised yet but has Google Adsense, banner ads, Amazon store and affiliate products pages built in, so it is well set up to start generating revenue with more promotion.

Traffic sources

I did a short round of backlinking, article and link placement when I first set the site up in March. Otherwise the site has not had any active marketing since then until a short Adwords PPC campaign run in December. Traffic stats for the year are included in the attached screen print.
