300 Unique Visitors a day & 2000 Page impression--is that okay??

Hello Friends
i am getting 200 Unique Visitors a days and 2000 page impressions
my page is in top search results
and getting 5-10 clicks daily
is it okay or i need to improve the stats

You mean a visitor visits on average 10 pages? You're lucky.
But 10 clicks for 2000 ad impressions is really low CTR.

 

I guess you can improve your CTR..It may still be ok if you have high paying keywords!

Very low clicks on ads .... i got 50 clicks on ads and just hav 150 vistors daily . u need to improve ad display and placement

 

that's impossible!!!!!! I got a site that has gained 200,000 page views over a year and made less than 130 dollars I guess you need really crazy traffic to earn with adsense

 

200 unique and 10 clicks ain't that bad, but with good placement you could get twice as that.

It's a good start. Like others have suggested, try changing your ad placement. However, before you do this it might be worth changing the colours of the ads, the text colour etc. If this fails, then start moving the location, try switching between image and text ads etc.

Remember, give each change a few days/maybe a week to see what impact it has. Since you have relatively few visitors, any changes in clicks may be hard to see if you're only giving it a few hours per change.

You can improve by making good ad placement. There should be at least 3 ad units on each of your web page.

 

I'm of the impression that if you have a site people actually *want* to visit noone clicks on your ads. If it is a hideously annoying high ranking made for adsense site your CTR will be much higher as people just want to get out of there FAST.

 

Well, I think it is ok but if you have more extra time, then you might want to get it a higher rank.
