My site is currently having a referral contest running till the end of March. The person who makes the most in referral commission gets $300. Second gets $150; third $50. The site is YourWebRewards.com. Just sign up for a membership and use your referral id to get people to visit the site. I have banners that can be posted on websites and as forum sigs under the "Advertising" link on the front page. Just be sure to enter your user ID# in the link.

Well, the site is only open to US residents, so all your referrals must be from the US. However, you do not have to be from the US to compete in the referral contest - that is open to anyone. The contest is measured by how much total commission you make from your referrals completing offers and filling out surveys; not how many referrals you have.
