Selling $300/month, adsense earning website for sale

Ok, i have no problem if you are sincere in giving me the training and giving back the site to me. You can not treat your customer by keep asking them to wait for another 24 hour and another 24 hour. I requested you to send the marketing strategy thru email, but you insisted to teach it via Skype where you hardly get online. It is unfair for a buyer who paid you.

Until now, i do not see you online at Skype. So i think the best way is that you send me the marketing strategy Via EMAIL with screenshots and step by step. I am NOT that dumb that i can not follow step by step guide. If i have any questions, i will email you back or skype you. And please do not offer me to teach at SKYPE again, i m very fed up waiting for you again and again.

PLEASE delay no MORE.

I have PM, leaving message in this thread since morning. But there is no response from OP. What kind of service attitude is this? Come On, refund me or give me the whole thing. This is not the way of doing business. You are definitely wasting my time.

 

It's sad on you. But whatever happens, do not cancel the dispute untill you get the site. You should have used escrow for this big payment. But still it looks suspicious for me because i don't know why the user is selling it in cheap price. normally all of the seller i bought sell things 4 times their earning :O

except for my last seller who sold it cheap and never sent me the product, nor responded pm or in skype. But he did respond in public saying that it was my fault and bla bla bla....

I have contacted moderators before to ban the user cheated me but they said thay can't do it bcz of their terms and also banning him now is of no use as he has the money [600 USD in this case] and he would juz go nd try to cheat some where else

Dear, keep calm,
I've faced with hundred of scammers so far, so what I advise you now is:
1. Try to contact him in every ways (it's important that you're proving he's a scammer inspire your effort for contacting)
2. Wait about 1 week after sale, then dispute to paypal (in the letter, write with strong blaming voice, and provide all proofs (downloaded as html, screen capturing, emphasize that if needed, you're willing to provide access to any conversation to confirm)
3. Ask paypal to refund FULL your money (no 1 penny left)
4. If paypal ask for any documents, provide them as soon as possibe.
PS: I normally got refund just within 1 month, so don't worry too much.

 

Tq everybody for the guide. The OP has been online and roaming in DP but he did not PM me back neither reply to this thread.

He replied last nite ( use the advantage of my sleeping time ) and reacted as if this was my fault for being too cautious.

But now you see, he is not responding nor the website page4smile.com is online. Only a low life would scam for living. I now believe that i am scammed.

It is just waiting time for Paypal to refund me. I know i would be protected by Paypal as a buyer.

no matter how many times you email, this is the only thing you get back. I paid using paypal balance, so i am hopeless. But you have a chance as you paid using credit card

 

I still don't have nothing against india but in my internet carrer I have made many deals and I got ripped only by indians. I verify first for every deal that am doing with those ppl now.

 

I have made a dispute before for intangible goods. And i got refunded before. So i believe Paypal will still protect us.

 

And i only got ripped by indian who live in INDIA. I totally hate the country. now in dp, no matter even if i try to sell anything, if that guy is form india, i will not even message him.

lets all hope together. Also request paypal to do cover digital goods. Doesn't matters if they take some more tax, but it is good for all of us.

 

Hi everybody, i saw the OP has escalated the dispute for Paypal staff to review. Following is his comment to the Paypal:

This is a lie. I did not receive even the website. How can you say have given me the website when i did not receive the domain name ownership? and what does it mean with all marketing tools when he did not send the Facebook strategy to me?

Does his website worth $500? nope. It is just a domain name which you can purchase for $10 or free with a server purchase. And the website is running with free wordpress theme. It worth nothing at all.

I do not believe Paypal will be believe what he tried to lie here. Be careful of this guy. NEVER do business with this guy again.

As much as I hate to see people being scammed, you really have only yourself to blame, it's no good doing due diligence after the event, I mean come on who else but a scammer is going to sell a site allegedly making $300 a month for $500, that should be a massive red flag to anyone, and why send that amount of money to a complete stranger with no reputation??
I don't believe paypal will return your money and you will probably just have to chalk this one down to experience.

The trouble is if people don't take steps to protect themselves, which is just down to sheer stupidity, he will carry on scamming people.
Remember if something looks to good to be true, then it most definitely is.

 

This site worth the money only if included the FB marketing strategy which he lied about it. So, two most important elements in this sale which i did not receive as promised are:

1. Domain Ownership
2. FB marketing strategy.

 

as i said .. i payed for server and site is working now .. i can't give this man refund .. he need his money back .. you have to think this before purchase. i never offered money back guarantee..

 

And as i also said, if you give to me what i purchase for, i wont ask for refund:

1. Domain name ownership
2. FB marketing strategy

But i did not get any ownership transfer plus i did not get the FB promotion strategy.

You are twisting you words even at this moment. Please send all the information to any moderator or whoever. The fact remains. You did not give me two most essential thing in this deal:

1. Ownership of domain
2. FB promotions strategy

This guy is really a twister of words. And i am really mad dealing with such a person. All the excuses he gave:

1. Now is late, i will teach you FB promotion strategy to you tmr
2. I am going now
3. My server is down, i will teach you once it is up
4. Please cancel the dispute, then i will hand you everthing
5. Bla bla bla all kind of time delaying tactic.

I feel i am wasting my time and energy in this deal. You either lie about the FB promotion strategy or you did it on purpose to scam few more people.
