ofcourse, you can charge back using your bank, juz ocntact them and say you didn't authorize it, they will get the moneh back into ur account.

 

am sorry what you happend but a site that is some months online and earning 300 in month thats csn be only a lie. charge back your money but it will take up to 6months tomget them into your paypal. Good luck.

You transferred all? All you gave me is the cpanel, and wp login. But those have no use now, because your server is taken down. And you do not answer me when i ask for marketing information. I can see this is a delaying tactic. So, just refund me. I do not trust you anymore.

I did not block you in skype. Why only after dispute you are willing to reply me? I do not have time with your delaying tactic anymore. It has been 48 hours since my payment. And all i get is a look at the server account suspended message. All sellers who are really sincere in doing business will prepare all needed to be handed over before the purchase.

But you are different. After the payment you gave me cpanel and worpress login. When i asked for domain transfer, you said it is hosted with the server, and you have few other domains in that server. So you need to contact server admin to request for account seperation.And after 24 hours, the site is suspended. You gave the reason that it is because of the account seperation. You want me to wait again.

After i made the purchase, you refused to teach me the FB marketing strategy you claimed in the sale. You said wait tomorrow.

And during the appointed time, you gave reason that site will b down for few hours and you wont teach me until the site is up again.

I am tired with your delaying tactic. From what i see, you try to buy time so that you can cash out your paypal.

I asked you few times in skype as well via pm here. You just ignore me although you are online in dp. I wanted to believe that you are genuine, but too many excuses in the process make me feel that i am cheated.

Conclusion, please just refund me and we solve the problem.

afraid not, paypal does not cover intangible goods...
In fact, once you escalate, no one will ever investigate...

and once someone files a dispute, it is most likely to go
forward, even if you try to make right, he could be a scammer,
trust issues (even though his credit card says he has 60-90
days to file a claim) or nothing more then impulse buy/regret...
Sounds like he just wants his money back regardless...

 

look at this thread what he did .. he can ask me refund privately then i can get another buyer.. and my PP balance got negative. without any notification he give dispute.

As a courtesy, the buyer could approached this a different way, but decided
to take to the public for whatever reason; He certainly did not have to take
action as fast as he did, and sounds like he is completely in fear, and complete
desperation in getting his money back as fast as possible, maybe in part because it
does take some time for a buyer to get their money back, and it can take months...
singing that same tune is old news...private or not, negative balance is old news...
You now need to decide how you are going to move forward; DP will not do anything,
and bitching about it here only gets it off your chest somewhat, nothing more..

Do not cancel the dispute. If you cancel it it will be hard for you to get back your money thru your credit card.

 

Please post ur site traffic + adsense in public, with all the rates, not juz the graph. If that is true, i am sure he will cancel the dispute and will take the site
