300 Incomming links to a 20 page website- How to structure ?

On a website with just 20 content pages on,
When considering building incomming links TO this website from these following methods...

    - Quality reciprocal links
    - Directory submissions - linking back to our site.
    - Article submissions to directories(linking back to our site)
    - Web 2.0 links back to my site.

How would you advise me to structure the incoming links... so that I could get the most efficient link building to my site + all their pages. (all 20 pages are relativly as important as each other)

Should i get all the incomming links...
pointing to 2-4 pages of the 20 pages?
-All the links pointing to 8-10 pages?
    - All links JUST POINTING TO THE HOME PAGE?

How should i structure it, for the best effective way?

All the links pointing to every page? (which would be a wider distribution of the page?)

So i other words,...... If you were going to get 300+ links to your 20 page website (different link types) how would you define which pages the links point to?,

Would you get Some links to point to some of the pages? and some links to others?
ALL links point to just the HOME page?

How should i structure it, for the best effective way?
(I know about the anchor text in the links, the keyword, and keyword density on the page....etc)

What would you advise for the linking structure, for a 20 page website? even distribution of the links to ALL PAGES? or just to the homepage?

    What would you advise? ?

    Thanks

I'm not an SEO expert. I have read you should get linked to many pages you can. All pages should have different meta description and keywords. No doubt the homepage would be the main target. Again get links to all pages you can. Long process but from what I have read will pay off better in long run. Again I'm not an expert. Use at your own risk....lol:D

Have the links added slowly over time. I would suggest that you link all the pages evenly (Deep Links are great for your site). Make sure the links are relevant to your site. Also make sure the link text fits the keywords for the page you are linking to.

Try to obtain quality links from relevant sites in your niche whose content relates to your site, which hopefully don't have lots of other links already on them. Deep links are great, so if you can, link to all 20 pages.

Also, be sure to use optimized target keywords in both the anchor text of links coming to your site and in the title tags of your pages.

You should have links pointing to your main page but you should also have deep links
pointing to your sub pages as well, because this will improve your rankings in the serp.
When you are building links you should try to vary the anchor text links you are using.

I would have a good amount pointing to the main page.... and also try to get backlinks to individual pages... also consider internal linking which should pass on some PR...
