Yes, the server on which you were having accounts, cpanel backup was on the way... suddenly the server load was high and the server was down for 1 hr...
i really apologies for that

yesterday i send cancellation request to resellwww.their billing team they send the reply below mentioned.

We cannot refund the amount, because its a PROMO package and if against our "Refund Policy".
Check the TOS statement for PROMO PACKAGE REFUND POLICY " THERE WILL BE NO REFUND FOR THE PROMO PACKAGES"

in fact they does not have any TOS page in their website or not given any link for TOS.
Note:I asked the refund because i am going out of my country for 3 month(this is the reason i put it in the request).

so people careful like this hosting company.

simply they will give so many offer and take your money and they will ready to refund also.

In case resellwww company is going to reply any thing regards?

Note for resellwww: At least you have to send mail regarding server outage.
in that case we can prepare to answer our customer.

 

i want notify all member in digitalpoint , be carefull with this man, he is a bad man and always have a different username , the real name is abhinav srivastava owner of resellwww or indadns.net.

first before you pay for plan their service is good, fast, but after that terrible support will you got.
server down every day , his never online in support online, and if you ask about refund he never answer and give your refund back.

iam his client when i am very dissipoint to their support.
