I think the proper way is to buy the theme, it is not expensive. Anyway, if someone has the theme already and intall it for you, I don't think you could be able to make the updates later, because you will need the customer key for it. So, instead of keeping a constest, get the theme and contact some webdesigner to install it and make the websites customized it for you, or if you want a job well done, contact me later
