I have an associate who needs a few items to help with his branding of his new restaurant. I will try to give as much detail as possible below. The restaurant is a thai food restaurant, the name of the restaurant is (B e n j a T h a i R e s t a u r a n t) It is a Thai cuisine restaurant, located in a small mountain town in BC. The restaurant needs the following things: -Logo - The logo needs to be scalable, preferably vector, good on white or black, and look good in black for black and white printing. It has to have an authentic Thai feel to it. -Business card - a business card template that incorporates the logo and has a style that fits in with the logo and rest of the branding. -Website PSD - The website psd should fit in with the theme of the logo and website. The designer should keep in mind that I will be getting the design coded as a joomla 1.5 template after receiving it, if this information is helpful in the design of the template. The address should be in a static spot on every page that is easily viewable by the web visitor, as opposed to having a "contact" page. -Menus - The menu needs to feature a front page with the name of the restaurant and a picture of the restaurant or thai food...or its pretty much up to your discretion as to what looks good. The eat in menu needs to be in colour, although colour on a white page is good, as the pages are standard letter size and would fit inside a 2 fold plastic sleeve, with a possible 6 pages overall. This part of the project should be fairly simple, with a clean border design to a nice simply formatted menu. The take out menu should be a 2 fold black and white menu on 8.5 x 11 paper. Basically, the design of the template here is the most important, and from there the winning designer will be given the items and should just lay them into the design and format them with the font chosen for their design. Please ensure the work is original design. The contest will be open for 72 hours. Please only design a logo and PSD web template to start. I want to be fair to everyone here by not demanding everything up front. Upon the contest closing, the winning entry will receive $150, and when the business card and menu are completed, the other $150 will be paid. Both payments will be made via paypal. I will be continually checking this thread, if you have any further questions, please let me know. I will do my best to provide feedback on the designs submitted, and will be showing my friend along the way. My friend would be open to doing more work through the winning designer in the future including print advertisements, coupons and more. I am open to colour choices, but again it should be authentic thai types of colours. I look forward to seeing some good work posted on this thread. Good luck everyone.
Is anyone interested in this? I have not gotten any responses in this thread yet. I would like an indication of interest, or I will pull this competition and split it up into different contests. In fact, this might be the better way to do it. Therefore this is what I am going to do. If anyone is working on this, please hold on to your work and I will be creating different competitions.
