well i guess its risky to get myspace traffic you may get banned.

 

So if we buy advertise with bulletin on myspace will have chance to be banned guys?

when I first broke 300$/day (consistantly) I did it with one site.

now I barely use adsense... much better methods of monetization out there, and better ways to spend your time

 

My main site is currently averaging about 2,000 visitors/day; the past several days, it's been 3,000 to 4,000. I'd say it's 60% Google and 40% fan-based. My technorati ranking is going up weekly, residing at about 6,600 as of this writing, with 395 other bloggers referencing me. (It was down to about 350,000 before I started blogging again.)

I'm only making about $350/month right now between Google ($100-$150), BlogAds ($150), and my Glam.com sponsorship ($100). But I expect this to go up steadily in the next six months as my traffic continues to grow.

I'm currently experimenting with contextual affiliate ads as a way to drive extra income. I've replaced one AdSense unit with one of 12-20 affiliate ads; the affiliate I use is driven by tags I apply to the post. E.g., a post tagged "music" might display an emusic.com banner, while a post tagged "movies" will display a cinemanow.com banner. We'll see how that goes.

Do you mean things such as private advertising, affilate marketing etc?

 

I use ypn more than adsense, I do affiliate marketing, private advertising, selling my own products, subscriptions, etc.

I would like to know no. of sites 'cos I would be curious to know whether the successful formula you have can be duplicated online on multiple sites. Do you make more when you diversify or put all your eggs in one basket? Would it be easier to do 1 site that makes $300 a day or 20 middle of road sites with middle of road traffic or 300 sites earning $1 a day?

I've always been a fan of CPC, but in the last few weeks I really think that it should be combined with CPA campaigns.. it could seriously boost ones revenues

When I was making $300+ a day, it was solely from one website. I sold that website for a huge amount though. ^^

 

Some of you have mentioned that your adsense has significantly increased over the past two months. Remember that the Holiday effect is in place and companies are paying much more for ad space now then they will be in February. In most cases this is why you are seeing a substantial increase in your adsense over previous months.

The original question to this discussion is vague if you are trying to get any real data from it. The key is having a niche site that users want to come back to. I created a niche site from scratch and have watched by adsense grow from 2/day to 70/day over the past year. Information surfers want and want to come back for and ad placement are very imprortant.
