I have problem understanding why a site which does ~$400/month is sold for $2000 bin. Just waiting for 4 months would amount to the bin amount with the profits from the site already.

 

Well considering I don't do anything with the site, I'm pretty much looking for absolute passive income now hence trying to get into Adsense. I'm studying the bar in London and the course is full time and extremely demanding so I really want to literally be hands off and not having to check my email daily to make orders. Not to mention, I have spent a lot of time on this site, even my gf says i should sell it for $4k+ for my effort and if someone can make this site work after all my effort, it would be better than seeing it stagnate at my rate.

The buy it now, in all reality, should sell at $3500 and that's what I would love to sell but realistic speaking, I want money quick as everyone does and Flippa doesn't allow me to sell sites with brand names in it e.g. Twitter. If I had known this earlier, I wouldn't of chose the domain name. Flippa would have definitely hit the $3.5k mark easy and having never sold a website on dp before, I thought $2k would attract buyers easily.

What do you mean where do I source followers? I have a provider for twitter followers, he's on 24/7 and has a bot sorting out all orders for him so even if he isn't online his bot adds your order to his order queue.
Don't understand your question of how the website works. If you visit the site yourself it's pretty self explanatory, someone reads an article linking back to my site, they like what they see and they purchase followers, you make the order after receiving a prompt from the website saying you have payment and an order and that's done.
Not sure what you mean that this looks like spam as if you actually were a serious buyer I'd be more than happy to show you earning proofs by accessing my accounts live on Skype to show you proof of earnings before you buy

You say you have a provider, If your provider does not want to continue working with this then the site would be worthless, is that correct???

 

Well considering that he makes at least 200 sales per day I really doubt he's gonna stop any time soon and he's been in the business for a long time now
Worst comes to worst, I have back up providers as a safety net.

Not to mention, if you are taking that view of the website, you could say the same for at least 85% of websites selling services since most of them are outsourced anyway. Same with affiliates, you're telling me they all are investing in something that would be worthless
