I know you have a lot of iTrader but I don't think your service is for me. Websites aren't there for no reason and website owners don't rush for no reason. People visit websites everyday, every minutes and every seconds. I have been trying to contact you here and your site (modernforums.com). I Posted a ticket there as you suggested. All I got was a reason why I was unble to restore my site but not a reason that's related to helping restore my site.

I just sent you a PM and asked for your IM so we could chat and resolve my problem. You didn't reply and I tried to understand as you're busy and thought you were AFK. Then I checked your profile for several minutes, you viewed many threads and forums after receiving my last PM. It looks like you're ignoring me or something. Then I sent you another PM about asking if you got my last PM or not. Then you went offline????

Mate I need this, I need the site to be ONLINE. I am not mad at you. But mate PLEASE DO NOT JUST IGNORE ME, I'm just one of your customers and trying to get my site online ASAP after I paid you.

My experience with funforums,

Well honestly I had hard time contacting funforums and I understand that as we're living in completely different countries. I may look a little rushing to funforums but I was just trying to get my site online asap as it's been down for 2 days (never been down that long). And it's weekend as people want to do less work, funforums wasn't able to help me comfortably but he tried his best I must say compare to other help support I have had so far. So he helped me restored my site successfully. I'm happy as everything get back to normal. I learned I just have to be patient and understand.

Bottomline: I recommend his service if you're looking for a cheap and reliable host.

 

how full is the server? as i dont want to buy if its being oversold.

And i would want a fairly basic spec reseller account, how much would this be?

and do you only do prices yearly, or will you do monthly/quarterly etc?

Well if you can see my previous thread you can see that it was locked just because we were not taking more orders, Server has the capacity to get many orders, I'll post the note when we will not take any orders.
