I wasn't even aware of what Warez was, I thought it was just torrents. Correction I have built the website, its the script that remains incomplete. This isn't a hobby, I have had this idea since I first bought a domain. That was over 4-5 months ago, it is just now being put into action. No it won't, Torrents are legal its the content that's not but your not hosting that content so it is technically legal.
Sure, Torrents are legal, but there IS a reason that 90+% of providers out there are NOT allowing them, and that is because they are used for illegal distribution of software/movies etc. By allowing that you are opening yourself up to a whole bunch of DMCA issues.
Goodluck in your sale but i would say you're overselling. If I were to buy 5 accounts from you and upload around 950Gb each in 2 days can you guarantee that the server will stay and stand the pressure?

Each blade has about 2-5TB. It varies as some have been upgraded and others are in the process of being.
Put it this way, to get you a heads start: RAM Disk Space Speed per Core Connection Bandwidth per Month for the server Accept rapidshare hosting? Able to host media sites? Datacenter's exact name Test IP address Site TOS Any Support E-mail / IM / etc where is the domain held at? Would someone be able to transfer it out after the year or will you hold it hostage like 1&1?
@Stroh I am not sure of the RAM or Speed per core. The host has OC-48 Backbone Connection. Bandwidth is unlimited. What do you mean by rapidshare hosting? More illegal stuff? If so; then no. Site is under construction, still working on the script. TOS is also being worked on, I made this topic to see if people were interested in the idea enough for me to fully establish everything. As for the domain, if you transfer it then we no longer pay for it.
1TB space for $30/year is totally crap. even the 1TB hard disk cost around $200. and yes, you're totally overselling. also, you even didn't know what is warez!!!! I don't mean to crash your topic. I just telling the truth.
