After buying Chatwow over 14 days ago, complaining through paypal after not receiving it (all the time, while he was advertising it for sale still, and pretending it's his own site), he returns a message through paypal with the login and password to the hosting. When I tell him I am not interested in dealing in such a way, he refuses a refund, and "threatens" a lawsuit (laughable at best) if I don't "comply". Here's the quote: So get this - now if I "fail to comply" (no idea what that means - but the end of the sentence said "and get what you paid for), which apparently means if I fail to take the site I paid for, his "company" will be taking action further. I don't want the site - since I don't trade online this way, not when someone is 2 weeks late, while trying to sell the same site to tens of other forum members well after I paid for it. On top of that, he took it offline due to his rage at the fact that I want the deal cancelled after finding out he's trying to scam people. Pathetic, stay very far away from this DPer.
