Contest $30 USD 728x90 Banner Design - DOTA 2 - 48 Hours

I need a leaderboard banner (728x90) for a website called "DOTA Report". If you are familiar with DOTA 2 then it will make designing the banner much easier. If not, then I strongly suggest you check out some DOTA 2 images and websites to get a "feel" for the kind of design I am looking for. The banner needs to incorporate something like the following (line of text with a call to action):

Sick of players feedings in DOTA 2? Report them today.
Intentional ability abusers spoiling your DOTA 2 games? Report them!
Share your DOTA 2 player reports today and slap them with a LPQ.

Design and colors should incorporate the following as the focus on the banner should be on "reporting" players. This is a screenshot of the ingame report system. You may want to look at using this kind of font style and also the images for each of the four categories if possible:

This is a screenshot of the actual website, so it will give you some idea of the colours I am looking for:

I will need the .psd files so I can change the text to suit what I need exactly, but the above should be a good guide. Any questions just let me know.

@maniacal, thanks. Again, a few slight adjustments to colours but overall not bad. The second is better as the text is easier to read.

 

@TeeToX, the text doesn't ALL have to be in there, just one line of text is fine. Thanks.

@biscuitdzn, no problem. 48 hours from the time I started this thread. Plenty of time. Check the ones above and remember I don't need all the text in the banner, just one line or two is fine. It needs a call to action, so something to entice people to click on a "report now" button or something is good.
