$30 Treasure Chest Logo Contest

Hey Guys. I'm looking for a logo, around 300 x 100 in size, give or take..

It's going to be for the website ForumBux. I would like it to meet the following, general guidelines.

*Should read (and should of course be editable):
Title = ForumBux
Slogan = Paid to.. do it all!
* Should have an attractive treasure chest filled with gold and cash
* Also should have a chat icon or something related to a web discussion
* It needs to be in PDF and have a white background which I can change if needed
*& it should look great!

I like the concept and color scheme but it's lacking in brandability. I'm specifically looking for a logo which screams to visitors, "Treasure to be found here!", if you know what I mean. Something high in energy and appealing to the eye.

Just finished making this chest. Thought of showing you so that i will add fonts n all. Do u like the colors or should i change it?

I think the chest would look better at a slightly darker brown with the metal on it more silver or gold. Other than that, looking good thus far Thanks

Yes. For example, if you use Photoshop you can save it as PDF, it is kind of saving it as Vector FORMAT or JPG.

 

I really don't like the text, but the treasure chest look very nice. I have to ask, is the chest image original or did you find it elsewhere? If you could change the text color and font to better fit the image I think you would be up there for this contest.

Again, I like the concept but the lines don't seem to flow smoothly. If you could make the lines less "rough", add a better looking chest and also add something to the text. maybe a clean mirror effect, a different font.. I don't know what exactly but it needs something more.

Jake are you sure it's not supposed to be PSD format which is photoshop format. PDF is for acrobat reader
