30% traffic drop

Hi,

this month I've noticed that more than (30%) from google traffic are dropping! any ideas why?

 

how is your site's rankings for your keywords? Is it still the same?
Or maybe the search volume for your keyword decreased this month.

 

Compared the latest year my search volume for the keyword decreased of 29,7%

 

Dropped in ranking for some keywords can be the main reason..

You can check out your Google webmaster tool account for more details regarding the keyword query stats.

 

are you move your site from another server? cause in few months ago, i move my site from another server, and it make my traffic drop too,

hard to say, since my keyword also always up and down . i dont know why so hard to get on the top this day

 

it frequently happens in google. You need to keep building do follow backlinks at a steady organic pace and keep updating content daily.

 

Well maybe you did some changes on your blog or site maybe.. Do tell us some more info about this to get more wider answer.

 

Please do check your backlinks...i read recently that hackers try to manipulate your site ranking by creating thousands of spammy links with anchor texts to your site. Then they report your site as spam and google will penalize you.

So check your inbound links.

If this is the case.. submit to google for reconsideration.

I have also seen a drop in traffic to my site since Sep 2010. My page rank has recently dropped from 5 to 3. My main keyword traffic still seems good and similar to before September. However, I must admit I have not been working as hard on backlinks. My traffic is down by around 30% but my business is down by around 50%. So there seems to be two problems. Are other people seeing a drop in traffic? Or are we just getting things wrong?

I'm agree with you Master, these day is become very hard to stay into the top ten Google search results

 

Thanks sivaganesh! The only way I know to know my Visitors liking is through Avg. Time on Site and Bounce Rate. The first value is 2.30 minutes, while the second 70%. But both values have never changed.

 

No roberto, all my sites are host in the same server.

it could be that some other sites are getting the traffic you use to get from same keywords, because they rank higher now.
